two words i never want to hear in the same sentance again
'Eye' and 'drill'. Especially if the sentance is "if this doesn't work I'm going to have to drill that out of your eye."
Yeah.
So, as it turns out it was metal, not fiberglass in my eye. The dr. got most of it out, hopefully the last little bit will work its way out and I won't need it drilled out. Fiberglass would have needed to be drilled out no matter what, apparently it's like a barbed fishhook, so I was very lucky. Right now I'm wearing a contact lens as a bandaid and in two days we'll see if this works.
