Mom! She followed me home! Can I keep her?

This is not the cat from last night, this is a completely different cat who followed me like I was hers and ran into my apartment like she owned the place. So I guess she's spending the night. She's a kitten, probably about four to five months old. The birds are Not Pleased, the cockatiels are a little freaked and my conure wants to beat the shit out of her. I don't know if I'll be able to keep her.

She is cute. You can't see it in the picture, but those dark markings are actually charcoal gray and she has a spotted belly.

Problem is I was hoping Wesley (the conure) would teach her that birds are not to be fucked with (in the past he had mercilessly pursued and chewed into submission my parents' cats), and today she chased him around. Good thing I keep him flighted. Part of me is laughing, Wes once sent my turquosine parakeet to the hospital for stitches after he attempted to kill her, so part of me is thinking "See, see what it's like?!, but I also know how dangerous this is.

Right now they're both sitting on my lap and seem to be getting along, though.

She's super cute and very affectionate. If I can't find her owners I'll see if my parents will take her, and if not probably send her to the CAT Adoption Team (http://catadoptionteam.org/).

Not us. We're not gonna keep her.
