Kai is here

And he is being Very Quiet, poor guy. All of Autumn's other birds are with various other people, so Kai is here by himself. I bet he's feeling pretty lonely. I have him in my bedroom, so he isn't even in the bird room with my birds. Every once in a while he makes a quiet contact call. I should go up and get him out so he doesn't feel lonely.

I don't know why I'm posting this, since I really doubt anyone reads this yet (my fault, I need to whore my journal more). Kai started to relax once I took him out of his cage. He hasn't eaten much yet, although I he did eat the seed I gave him this evening. He's scared to death of Wesley, I think the greencheeks that Autumn raised really traumatized him or something. An Amazon probably can't tell the difference between a black-capped conure and a greencheek. It's kind of funny, though. Wes is like a thrid Kai's size. Oh well.

What's even funnier is that Wesley totally dominates the cats. As in attack bird from Hell. "I am Conure, hear me Roar!" (or at least "Hear Me Scream a High Pitched Scream as Loudly as I Can!") He really does think he is bigger then they are. Think agian, buddy! I have to really watch him outside the cage, he might do something that would force one of the kitties to defend himself. Which would be bad.
