the main college disbursment will be here in a day or two, hopefully, meaning I can get my meds and fill up my car and actually get my textbooks in a day or two. Plans for this semester, hire a Chinese tutor, and start taking violin lessons again. I might get a different teacher, nothing against the one I had but there's a violin teacher who also plays the erhu, and I really really want to learn how to play the er-hu as well and I'm hoping he might be willing to teach me in a year or two. I'm not out of the woods yet, but things are looking up!

Also, Nanowrimo starts in 5 days. TIME TO PANIC AGAIN OMG OMG OMG WAT hahaha /dies

Clickie clickie

Basically I uploaded everything that I had on my computer to Google Docs. Most of the stuff posted is unfinished/work in progress. Some of it is homework. That way when this computer dies it won't take out all my hard work. Feel free to read to comment if you like, but no stealing.

Man, I wish I could crosspost to JF, but something's messed up on JF's end and I don't think they're going to ever fix it. DW is certainly the nicer system. Which is why I have a paid account here and not there I guess.

Anyway. This year I'm basically doing anything I can to make word cout for Nano, which beyond just writing random crap apparently means writing two completely different stories. Both Naruto fanfic, one canon-verse, the other a crossover with Sharon Shinn's Archangel series. So yeah. Naruto, with fucking angels. I don't know which one to stick with.

I'll post some snippets when I'm done tday, I think.

In other news my grandfather is the sort of hoarder who loses 10-20 bars of pure platinum in one of his many storage units. So yeah.

Okay, so I'm really, really far behind this year. But, here's what I got so far. Warning. Tea Shops. And chest-bursting demons at some point in the future.

My Nanowrimo novel, let me show it to you. )

ETA: And the cat is looking for something in that methodical 'where did I leave my keys' sort of way. I gave her a cat toy that she took to the other room, but that's apparently not what she was looking for. Cats are dorks.

Holy crap.

I totally forgot that it was National Novel Writing Month.

2,000 words a day baby, I can crank it. And find a job at the same time, amirite?
