Oh, this ought to be interesting.
Aug. 1st, 2008 08:13 pmMy neighbor's wifi at home gave out, so I'm at Barnes and Noble. And I had forgotten what day it was. Specifically, the day before Stephanie Meyer's fourth and final (HOPEFULLY!) novel in her Twilight series, Breaking Dawn. And it looks like B&N is setting up for a midnight release, just like they did with the Harry Potter books.
So it looks like we've got a bunch of teenybobbers coming in to buy their favorite new book. I'm thinking about sticking around for the real life wank when someone invariably reads the epiloge first and discovers that the spoilers online WERE true, and the baby's name is Nessie. (actually, that's the baby's nickname. Her real name is WORSE)
In fact, I'm kinda thinking about running home and getting my power cord so I can post from Ground Zero. the lulz are sure to be wonderful.
SPARKELY VAMPIRES GUYS! SPARKELYWANGST-FILLED VAMPIRES!! I await them with great joy.
