LOL I think in some ways I'm actually more immature now then when I was a teen. In an odd way that's part of growing up, not being so deadly serious all the time. I think Yoruichi would definitely be like that, and Byakuya has basically learned to roll with it. (anyone else would have gotten the Death Glare, though)
And how dare that man write a letter to his wife, of all people, without telling her how he was doing? I'm pretty sure that Yoruichi added an amusing childhood anecdote about Bya.
