It's not a DCMA notice, since it didn't go through proper channels, so I *think* they're just trying to intimidate JF. I suck cocks, that is probably a DMCA notice. BUT! JournalFen has a special procedure they use for DMCA issues that would probably get teh lawyerz faster notice.
