Nov. 1st, 2007 07:20 pmThe tea flower tea (err, tea made from tea flowers, haha) tastes fine. Not nearly as floral as I expected, more like a really mellow oolong, with a very tiny little hint of sweetness. It's supposed to be non-caffeine, and I believe it, I didn't feel any kind of caffeine kick.
I will be ordering moar.
As for Ichigo, my ball python... I finally gave in and bought two live fuzzies. He struck right away, and smacked his nose into the side of the cage a good six inches away from the cute little wiggly fuzzy baby mouse.
Um, hi, Ichigo. That's dumb. Even for a snake.
And now I'm wondering if he's having a problem SEEING things. I know their vision isn't the greatest, but this wasn't a near miss at all. Maybe he needs glasses. Or lasik.
I think next time I buy frozen I'll see if I can get black mice, something a little easier to see.
He got it right on the second strike, and didn't have any problem with the second fuzzy, ONCE I SHOWED HIM IT WAS THERE. I had to wave it in front of him a couple of times.

Date: 2007-11-06 04:25 am (UTC)Ichigo got named because he's a 'pastel' ball python, which don't look at all pastel to me! He's black and orange, which I thought matched a certain orange-haired shinigami. He's not the first pet I named from a fandom of mine, Wesley (icon) was originally 'Wes', named after Wes Janson from Star Wars.
