Went jogging today. That was a good run, but now I have a headache. Everything is so sunny and bright I don't know what to do. And hot. Which, well, I'm sure there are people who live in geniuenly hot areas would laugh, but It's pretty warm here right now.

Does sunlight give you a headache, too?

I was out in the city yesterday, just walking around and I couldn't make it a couple blocks without sweating like it was going out of style. It was 105 degrees and horrible.

No, I've been fighting an inner ear infection of some sort that leaves me pretty dizzy. The headache is part of that I think.
