You have got to be kidding me...they're essentially trying to C&D Journalfen because some retailers didn't wait a week before putting the book out? I hope they sent a letter to Yahoo and one to Entertainment Weekly also. :-p

I'm hoping that it's the lawyer being batshit here, not actually Stephanie, but still...! There are apparently spoilers at wank_report (they are the STUPIDEST SPOILERS EVER, OMG!) so I'm guessing that's what this is about. It's not a DCMA notice, since it didn't go through proper channels, so I *think* they're just trying to intimidate JF. I suck cocks, that is probably a DMCA notice. BUT! JournalFen has a special procedure they use for DMCA issues that would probably get teh lawyerz faster notice.
